Location: Houston, TX

Job Responsibilities:

Reconciling key data points between Gas Midstream and Transportation Agreements and system applications.

Linking Agreements by ID # in the Commercial Contracts Repository.

Reviewing the Agreement system status for possible termination/renewal opportunities.

Scanning documents into the Commercial Contracts Repository.

Preparing Records Retention archiving forms, which include capturing key identifiers pertaining to the Agreements.

Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets, maintaining data records with a high degree of accuracy.

Skills Required:

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Ability to carry and lift heavy boxes.

Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and manage multiple requests.

Self-motivated and eager to learn.

High school diploma required; some college experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Quorum QCM, Esuite, TIPS, Visio, and Power Point.

Experience in interpreting contracts.
