Lead HVAC Installer - Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
Oversee ite coordination, ensuring timely and quality installations.
Install ductwork, thermostats, and system components per job specifications.
Perform system start-ups and verify functionality.
Diagnose and resolve installation issues or system malfunctions.
Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with local codes and safety regulations.
Maintain clean and organized job sites, promoting safety and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HVAC installation, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Certification: Valid HVAC certification and EPA license.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
Leadership: Strong ability to guide teams, manage timelines, and communicate effectively.
Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting equipment and working in confined spaces or at heights.
Customer Interaction: Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
