The Role:

Lead long-term production planning across multiple product lines, aligning with forecasts and capacity

Drive the S&OP process and coordinate inputs from sales, operations, and supply chain

Monitor performance metrics, adjust plans proactively, and support continuous improvement initiatives

The Candidate:

Master Planning experience

S&OP experience would be beneficial but not necessary

Plan production based on historical averages
