Shop Foreman Job Details Job Location Morgantown Terminal - Morgantown, KY Position Type Full Time Education Level High School Salary Range $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly Travel Percentage None Job Shift Monday - Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm Job Category Skilled Labor - Trades Description Location: Morgantown, KY Shift: Mon-Fri / 7:30am-4:30pm Hourly Rate: $25.00-$30.00 (BOE) Shop Foreman provides daily interaction with technician providing daily scheduled workload, oversight for leadership, quality and feedback on timing of individual repairs. Responsibilities: + Supervises hourly personnel + Works off Planner to organize daily schedule with mechanics + Works with Service Writers for priorities and any changes to equipment + Reviews and verifies part/service requests on KTC equipment + Accountableto missed or late work orders work with mechanics to review job time and complete orders + Communicates with Drivers and Dispatch regarding the status and progress of repair orders + Provides Professional Interface with Customers always representing Page. + Oversees new hire training program for mechanics and supports ongoing training for existing staff + The Foreman is required to be a State and Federal Inspector and have the ability to perform all repairs needed as well as perform all repairs that the staff they are supervising.
