Qualifications and responsibilities for this Real Estate Development Manager position include: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field Professional Engineering (PE) license or Landscape Architecture license required 4-7 years of land development experience, preferably real estate development Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and Asana Complete site evaluations, including zoning, utilities, floodplain, and access Develop preliminary site planning in compliance with local codes and ordinances Coordinate permitting, entitlements, and all aspects of design with external consultants Manage contracts, budgeting, and scheduling from pre-development through construction Ability to travel to job sites across the Gulf Coast and Southeast as needed Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Real Estate Development Manager position include:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field

Professional Engineering (PE) license or Landscape Architecture license required

4-7 years of land development experience, preferably real estate development

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and Asana

Complete site evaluations, including zoning, utilities, floodplain, and access

Develop preliminary site planning in compliance with local codes and ordinances

Coordinate permitting, entitlements, and all aspects of design with external consultants

Manage contracts, budgeting, and scheduling from pre-development through construction

Ability to travel to job sites across the Gulf Coast and Southeast as needed

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm
