HVAC Service Technician Needed

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing various types of HVAC equipment for clients primarily located in Dane County and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure efficient and safe operation, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing parts as necessary. Diagnose problems with HVAC units and perform repairs, using system blueprints, diagnostic tools, and making timely repairs. Test systems post-installation or repair to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments. Interact with customers to provide guidance on system maintenance, energy efficiency, and upgrades. Adhere to all federal, state, and local safety regulations and building codes during installations and repairs. Ensure all HVAC system components, such as filters, ducts, and vents, are clean to maintain air quality and system efficiency. Provide timely services in emergencies, such as system breakdowns during extreme weather conditions. Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance routines, repairs, and other work performed on each system. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills with customers and team members. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93600.00/yr.
