HVAC Installer Apprentice Job Description As an HVAC Installer Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to install HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-splits. This entry-level role is perfect for those looking to learn the HVAC trade from the ground up, with hands-on training and opportunities to advance to roles like Lead Installer or Installation Manager as our team grows. Responsibilities Assist in installing HVAC systems, including work in crawlspaces and attics. Learn to read and interpret equipment installation manuals for accurate installations. Provide exceptional customer service during installation tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, keeping tools and equipment in good condition. Drive to job sites, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines. Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds for short durations. Qualifications Valid driver's license (we provide a 4-wheel drive company truck). Basic hand tools required; power tools provided by the company. Clean, professional appearance.
