Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager - Architectural Metals position include: Must have experience with architectural metal projects including exterior panels, facades, metal trim, wall panels, and similar systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and construction management software such as Procore, BIM, and Autodesk Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination Oversee shop drawings, field measurements, and site conditions Coordinate with drafting, fabrication, and installation teams Communicate with stakeholders including general contractors and suppliers Conduct site visits and supervise subcontractor crews Handle punch lists, RFIs, submittals, and ensure safety compliance Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager - Architectural Metals position include:

Must have experience with architectural metal projects including exterior panels, facades, metal trim, wall panels, and similar systems

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and construction management software such as Procore, BIM, and Autodesk

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination
