Lead the charge on curb installation and earthwork projects like a seasoned general.

Lay out jobs with laser precision (figuratively and literally).

Keep your crew safe, productive, and maybe even smiling.

Operate and oversee heavy equipment like a boss.

Communicate clearly with the office, PMs, and subsno smoke signals required.

Track labor, materials, and equipment like a construction accountant.

You Bring:

3-5+ years of experience in earthwork or civil construction (curb experience = gold star).

Leadership skills that inspire confidence and maybe a little awe.

The ability to read site plans and set grades like a cartographer with a mission.

A valid driver's license (CDL? Even better).

OSHA certification preferredbecause safety isn't optional.
