Responsibilities : + Architecting Advanced Solutions: Spearhead the design, documentation, and rigorous testing of sophisticated digital and analog circuit boards, ensuring alignment with system requirements critical to avionics functionality. + Driving Project Success: Lead entire sections of major projects, offering strategic oversight from concept through to product release, including design reviews, quality assurance, and design optimizations for enhanced system performance. + Pioneering Technological Advancement: Innovate in the design, fabrication, and testing of high-performance CPU, GPU, memory, data-bus, and FPGA interfaces to create powerful, next-generation avionics systems. + Fostering Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively across internal and external teams, acting as a technical authority throughout the product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder needs through clear, impactful communication. + Cultivating Talent and Expertise: Serve as a mentor to junior engineers, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their growth and success, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. + Enhance Daily Operations: Improve daily operations by refining processes and upgrading tools . Basic Hiring Criteria : + Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in PCB schematic/layout design, testing, and product integration, or a master's degree with 8+ years of similar experience.
