Experienced in Performance architecture, specializing in crafting high-performance systems and optimizing costs for organizations.

Proficient in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that enhance system efficiency and scalability.

Conduct comprehensive performance tests and execute strategic optimization to maximize system throughput and responsiveness.

Experience in system performance analysis.

Proficiency in Scalability planning and Implementation.

Experience in Performance Testing and benchmarking, architecture optimization.

Proficiency in cloud-based performance solutions and cost reduction strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Data-driven decision making

Creating an integrated performance improvement strategy

Assist with production triage when performance or availability issues arise.

Working with internal engineering teams to optimize and characterize new components, functions, and architectures.

Creating approximately timed models, analyzing the performance results, and providing guidance as far as architecture choices.

Communicates strategy and technology roadmaps to executive staff, industry partners and customers.

Constructing or modifying component models

Must-Have Skills:

Core Technical Skills

1. System Performance Analysis Deep knowledge of identifying bottlenecks in system-level architecture (CPU, memory, I/O, etc.).

2. Scalability Planning & Implementation Experience in horizontal/vertical scaling strategies for enterprise systems.

3. Performance Testing & Benchmarking Proficiency in tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or k6.

4. Architecture Optimization Ability to refactor and optimize system architecture for improved throughput and responsiveness.

5. Cloud Performance Engineering Hands-on experience with AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure performance tuning and cost optimization.

6. Modeling & Simulation Ability to create approximate timed models and perform predictive analysis on performance outcomes.

7. Production Triage Skilled in diagnosing and resolving performance and availability issues in production.

Tools & Technologies

Performance Testing Tools: JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner

Monitoring & Profiling Tools: Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure

Scripting: Python, Bash, or Shell for automations

APM: Application Performance Monitoring tools

CI/CD and DevOps Integration (for testing in pipelines)
