Flooring Installer Pay: $25-$32/HR Shifts Available : 4PM- 2AM Monday- Friday Experience Required: Construction, New Construction, Tape Measure, Flooring (vinyl or carpet) Available Work Locations: Albertville Benefits: 401(k), health, dental, PTO Job Description Join a dynamic team specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes designed for multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality developments. As a Flooring Installer, you will contribute to the innovative concept of constructing entire buildings in a production environment, which are then transported to construction sites for assembly. Responsibilities Play an integral role in creating quality apartments and senior living spaces for commercial construction. Collaborate with the team in new construction projects, building apartments from the ground up. Install various flooring materials, including carpet and vinyl. Ensure surfaces are clean, level, and suitable for new flooring installations. Assist in the loading and unloading of flooring materials, tools, and equipment. Accurately measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated spaces. Work effectively with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client specifications. Essential Skills 5+ years of skilled flooring installation experience. Proficiency in installing vinyl and carpet. Ability to read blueprints. Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead a team. Skilled in interpersonal communication and establishing effective working relationships. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with construction, new construction, and flooring installation. The facility operates Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with optional work available on Fridays. Alternatively, a second shift is available Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am. This position focuses on multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality development sectors, designing, engineering, and manufacturing industry-leading full volumetric modular units for the Upper Midwest.
