Position: HVAC Install Helper - Entry Level

As an HVAC Install Helper, you'll work side-by-side with seasoned installers to learn the trade from the ground up. You'll be part of a supportive, high-performing team dedicated to delivering top-quality work and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do:

Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations

Learn proper techniques, tools, and procedures

Help maintain a clean and organized job site and work truck

Represent Stan's AC with professionalism and pride

Participate in on-the-job training and development programs

What We're Looking For:

No experience required - just a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Willingness to lift 75-100 lbs and work in various conditions

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

High school diploma or GED preferred

EPA certification is a plus - we'll help you get there if needed
