We are a small, full-service construction company seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team. As we expand our operations, were looking for the right people to grow with usprofessionals who take pride in their work, value craftsmanship, and enjoy being part of a close-knit crew.

What Were Looking For:

Applicants should be experienced in all aspects of residential construction. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, reliable, and passionate about their trade. Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Requirements:

Proficiency in all facets of residential construction
Ability to read blueprints and follow them accurately
Own hand tools and most power tools
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
Preferred Skills (not limited to):

Wood framing
Roofing
Window & door installation
Siding (all types)
Cabinet installation
Flooring
Detailed trim and finish work
Tile installation
Deck construction (composite & wood)
Stone and concrete work
Knowledge of building codes and general construction practices
Safe and proper use of all power tools

What We Offer:

Year-round, full-time work
Standard hours: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Most job sites within a one-hour radius of New Paltz (Ulster, Dutchess, and Columbia Counties)
Overtime usually available
