Job Title: Concrete Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Concrete Laborers to join our Nampa Plant team. In this role, you will be responsible for stripping current concrete forms, re-setting the concrete, and pouring new concrete. The concrete forms are large, approximately 3ft x 3ft or larger, and you will work collaboratively in a team setting. The position involves lifting 50lbs continuously, and production workers will also be tasked with cleaning products and maintaining the plant area. Our facility offers cross-training across various departments to enhance your skills and knowledge in different areas of production.

Responsibilities

+ Strip current concrete forms and reset the concrete.

+ Pour new concrete into large forms (approximately 3ft x 3ft or larger).

+ Collaborate effectively in a team setting.

+ Lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs continuously.

+ Clean products and maintain cleanliness around the plant.

+ Participate in cross-training across different production departments.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in concrete construction and finishing.

+ Ability to work with concrete forms and rebar.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools related to concrete work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ General labor experience in fencing, roofing, and construction.

+ Knowledge of concrete form setting and finishing techniques.

Work Environment

Work indoors from 7am until the job is done, typically around 5pm, Monday through Friday. Steel-toed boots are required, and they will be provided upon conversion. The role offers a consistent work schedule in a collaborative and supportive team setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 $20.00/hr.
