In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment critical to our operations. Working collaboratively with fellow tradespeople, engineers, and supervisors, youll help ensure all systems run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Shifts: Various shift times available
Wage: $48-$55 (based on level of experience and proficiency)
Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a millwright or maintenance role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Experience with CNC machinery, automated systems, welding, rigging, or fabrication experience and PLC troubleshooting is an asset
You are legally permitted to work Fulltime in British Columbia

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery, equipment, and systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical systems.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to understand equipment setup.
Inspect equipment and machinery for malfunctions and wear.
Perform welds, alignments, and calibrations on machinery as required.
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions quickly.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment condition.
Qualifications
Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a millwright or maintenance role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and manuals.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
