We are currently seeking an experienced Builder/Contractor to step into a Foreman role and lead our team with integrity, precision, and professionalism.

Position: Skilled Carpenter & Foreman Full-Time

We are looking for a highly responsible, reliable, and experienced professional who can manage job sites, work alongside crew, lead crews, and represent our company to clients with the utmost professionalism. Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, work alongside crew, manage, and motivate a crew of both entry level & skilled workers and subcontractors
Oversee day-to-day job site operations ensuring quality and efficiency
Maintain project timelines, budgets, and materials
Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members
Problem-solve and make sound decisions on-site
Ensure safety compliance and uphold workmanship standards

What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a builder/contractor
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work alongside crew, manage and organize job sites independently
Dependability, patience, and professionalism
A team-first mentality with a drive for quality craftsmanship
