Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements and review balance sheet reconciliations Work with project managers for job forecasting Regulatory reporting, including tax and insurance reports and compliance Subcontractor processing Review and manage pre-liens/lien waivers Assess and implement accounting process updates and procedures Qualifications: 5+ years of construction cost accounting experience required, preferably with a medium to large general contractor. WIP and job costing required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA preferred
