I am looking to team up with a steel fabrication person for a set of stairs and landing. I have been tasked with quoting a set of steps with landing for one of the companies in the business/outlet district of Lake George.
5'1" (4 step risers) with landing at the top 5'1"x5'4" landing. Assume galvanized bolt and welding and/or primed/red steel to be eventually paint to withstand exterior elements.
Guessing this would be design build project.
