The Bayshore on HHI is recruiting for a hospitality focused painter to join our team!

This position will be a PRN position meaning you will be scheduled as needed to complete various painting projects around the community over the next 90 days.

Multi-Family, Apartments, or Residential painting experience is highly desired

We are an upscale luxury retirement community with a high expectation of hospitality and professionalism so candidates are expected to be able to understand this and perform accordingly.

Ability to focus on tasks at hand, and perform the painting responsibilities efficiently and at a high level

Pay rate starting at $24/hr doe

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High School diploma
• Associates Degree or equivalent in relevant education, training and experience
• Multi-Family, Apartments or Senior Housing Maintenance experience preferred
