Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Project Manager - Construction** to join their team **onsite** in Memphis, TN. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Design and construction + Contract negotiations and contract administration + Construction and project management + Site management, selection, and design + Multi-site operations management + Project cost estimation / cost control + Facilities and operations management + Construction planning and scheduling + Vendor relationship and management + Management of multiple projects + People management + Risk management **Skills and Qualifications:** + Ability to manage and multi-task + Demonstrates good judgment as well as good verbal, written, and communication skills + Outstanding organization and leadership skills + Detailed knowledge of construction processes + Strong project leadership skills + Knowledge of procedures and OSHA requirements and training + OSHA 15 or 30 certification + Ability to read Blueprints + Knowledge and understanding of the NEC (National Electrical Code) preferred + Knowledge and understanding of Telecommunications Industry standards (BICSI Standards) preferred **Wage Range** : The hourly rate for this position is between **$39.00 - $64.00 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. **Benefits** **:** The Company offers a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 6 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA/HSA pre-tax benefits.
