Welder/Fabricator** **Job Description** As a Welder/Fabricator, you will engage in MIG welding on steel and undertake fabricating responsibilities in a dynamic job shop setting. Each day presents a variety of tasks, ensuring an engaging and stimulating work environment. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret engineering blueprints to guide your work. + Construct base templates when necessary to facilitate fabrication tasks. + Measure and mark out cutting and bending lines with precision. + Double-check design specifications before initiating cutting work to ensure accuracy. + Fabricate and construct metal components with skill and attention to detail. + Grind and finish completed products to meet quality standards. + Perform quality checks on completed products to ensure they meet specifications. + Complete job reports to document your work and maintain records. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding with 3+ years of experience. + Expertise in steel fabrication with at least 3 years of experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints with 3+ years of experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong ability in fitting and fabrication. + Experience with blueprint and design interpretation. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that offers potential raises after a 90-day probationary period, reflecting its commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication.
