Candidate will provide technical support to our Construction Services Group as part of the scheduling team assisting with pre-bid construction schedule development, design schedule development (EFK1) , and active construction project schedule monitoring. Additionally, assist in estimating, constructability, and value engineering reviews for future design and construction projects. Job Responsibilities Develop CPM pre-bid construction schedules and monitor CPM baseline and update schedules on active construction projects. Assist in reviewing and providing feedback and recommendations on internal, consultant, and contractor developed schedules. Provide detailed constructability, estimating, and scheduling support related to proposals, constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, change order review, programmatic estimates, risk assessments and project control services Develop and/or review cost estimates and CPM schedules for clients during any stage of design development - additionally, work within our highway, bridge, marine, rail and transit departments in the same capacity as necessary. Maintain proper documentation for all schedules, constructability reviews, and estimates. Assist in development and maintenance of production rates and internal scheduling resources. Analyze unforeseen conditions and mitigate potential project delay risks. Provide initiative-taking communication with the contractor, designer, and client to progress the project in a manner that meets the client's project goals.
