Position Summary: We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Job Captain to manage projects and work closely with the partners from concept through construction, who is self-motivated, a critical thinker, proactive, a strong team player, has great design skills and strong work ethic, and will be part of our team for years to come.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Principals to ensure design intent is carried through all phases

Participate in client meetings and client interactions

Lead and coordinate the preparation of construction documents and permit submittals

Manage consultant coordination, including structural, MEP, and civil engineers

Detailing, product selection, specifications, sustainability, and code research

Construction administration and site visits

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in an architectural firm and high-end residential projects

Professional degree in Architecture

Excellent design, technical, and communication skills

Strong proficiency in CAD + BIM; ArchiCAD experience a plus

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
