Compensation

$80,000-$90,000/year depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality across multiple job sites

Beginning each day in the office to plan and coordinate

Driving to sites in a company vehicle to monitor progress and productivity

Managing field crews and ensuring compliance with specs and safety standards

Communicating with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors

Troubleshooting job site challenges with strategic foresight

Enforcing site cleanliness, safety, and professional presentation

What You'll Need to be Considered

Clean-cut, professional appearance with excellent client-facing communication skills is required

???????OSHA Certification (OSHA 10 preferred)

First Aid Certification is a plus

Previous Hands-on experience in painting, drywall, framing, ACTs, and light carpentry

Familiarity with On Screen (Takeoff Software) and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
