Solid Surface Fabricator & Installer

Warerite is seeking a skilled and reliable Solid Surface Fabricator &Installer to join our team. This role focuses primarily on thefabrication of solid surface countertops, with responsibilitiesincluding cutting, assembly, finishing, and, depending on experience,installation. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experiencewith solid surface materials and the ability to read and interpretfabrication drawings. Key Responsibilities - Read and interpret shopdrawings and blueprints to fabricate solid surface countertops. - Cut,assemble, and finish solid surface materials using appropriate methodsand equipment. - Operate tools and machinery such as panel saws,routers, power lifts, and various hand tools. - Seam, bond, and joincomponents with precision and attention to detail. - Sand, grind, clean,and polish surfaces to prepare them for final finishing. - Maintain aclean and organized workspace through daily housekeeping. - Follow allOSHA and internal safety protocols, including the use of required PPE. -Attend team and department meetings as needed. - Perform additionalduties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experienceworking with solid surface materials (Required). - Ability to read andwork from fabrication drawings and technical plans. - Strongmultitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-pacedenvironment. - Experience with countertop installation is preferred butnot required. Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for long periodsand perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and stooping. -Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs. - Manual dexterity for working with tools and materials. -Comfortable working in a moderately loud environment. - Consistent useof personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses,gloves, masks, and hearing protection.
