Site Supervisor / Field Coordinator - Part-Time or Full-Time (SKAGIT COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS) compensation: Hourly Rate: $22-$30/hour DOE, paid bi-weekly Site Supervisor / Field Coordinator - Part-Time or Full-Time (Western Washington, Skagit County & Surrounding Areas) - WASHINGTON CONSTRUCTION, a growing leader in residential and commercial construction and renovation, is seeking a reliable Site Supervisor / Field Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly and safely. This position can start as part-time or transition to full-time as project volume grows. Key Responsibilities: - Daily site visits across active projects to confirm worker attendance, safety, and task progress - Coordinate on-site delivery of materials, tools, and supplies; arrange pickups as needed - Track project milestones, note site conditions, and report issues or delays to management - Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets company and code standards - Serve as the main point of contact between site workers, subcontractors, and management - Maintain jobsite organization and safety at all times - Document progress (using photos, notes, or apps); submit daily or weekly reports Requirements: - Previous experience in construction supervision, field coordination, or related trades (carpentry, remodeling, etc.) - Strong communication skills; comfortable using phone, text, and email for real-time updates - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (company vehicle may be provided for jobsite travel) - Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects and changing schedules - Working knowledge of construction phases, safety, and quality standards - Tech-friendly (willing to use simple reporting apps or email) - Ability to enforce safety and quality protocols consistently Compensation & Schedule: - Hourly Rate: $22-$30/hour DOE, paid bi-weekly - Flexible part-time to start (15-30 hours/week); potential to grow to full-time as needed - Paid mileage (if using your own vehicle) or use of company vehicle for site travel Perks: - Work outdoors and on real projectsminimal desk time! - Join a supportive team focused on quality and growth - Opportunities for advancement as we expand our project portfolio - Direct access to company management and ongoing mentorship How to Apply: 1.
