Handyman Needed to Maintain Rental Properties (Boulder, CO) (Boulder) compensation: 25/hr We are looking for an individual to serve as a 1099 independent contractor to help maintain our mid-term rental properties. Maintenance experience is required! Position Details: Schedule: This is not a full-time position. Ideal for candidates who are available to work 10 AM - 5 PM. Rate: $25 per hour. Responsibilities: Conduct property checks and report maintenance, cleaning, and other issues. Perform general upkeep, such as repairing furniture, replacing broken items, and spot cleaning. Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Address and resolve urgent maintenance requests promptly. Organize and maintain supplies, including linens, tools, and guest consumables. Receive and inventory packages. Meet with vendors and assist with guest issues as needed. Qualifications: Fantastic troubleshooter and problem solver. Incredibly hardworking and willing to do what it takes for us to reach our goals. Great communication skills and ability to think on your feet. A perfectionist who obsesses over all the details. Knowledgeable in smart home devices, able to install and connect them to phone apps, and able to follow specific technical instructions. Must have a smartphone and a reliable vehicle for traveling between locations (preferably AWD/4x4 for snowy conditions). Own tools and willing to partake in a background check.
