Senior Automation Project Manager - Critical Infrastructure Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in Columbus, OH or Iowa) Compensation: Up to $180K base salary Signing & Retention Bonus: Up to $10K Travel: Up to 10% We're hiring a Senior Automation Project Manager to lead high-impact automation projects for hyperscale data centers across the U.S. This is a remote role , with preference for candidates based in Columbus, OH or Iowa . In this position, you'll manage the full lifecycle of large-scale automation programs-from design and procurement through installation, commissioning, and turnover. You'll work with cross-functional teams across BAS, PLC/SCADA, HVAC, electrical, and IT/OT systems to deliver complex projects ranging from 50MW to 200MW+. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, OEMs, and commissioning agents, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting the highest standards of quality and safety. Familiarity with platforms like Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition, or Niagara 4 is highly valued. We're looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in mission-critical automation or controls, including 4+ years managing large-scale data center builds . A background in engineering, construction management, or a related field is required. PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
