Laminate Fabricator

Warerite is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced LaminateFabricator to join our production team. This position is responsible forfabricating high-quality laminate countertops and components accordingto specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inlaminate fabrication, strong attention to detail, and a commitment tomaintaining high standards of quality and safety. KeyResponsibilities - Fabricate laminate countertops, backsplashes, andother components from drawings and templates. - Cut, glue, and trimlaminate materials using hand tools and machinery (table saws, routers,edge banders, etc.). - Apply contact adhesives and perform preciselaminate bonding and trimming. - Inspect finished products to ensurethey meet quality standards and customer specifications. - Maintaintools and equipment in good working condition. - Keep workstations cleanand organized, following safety and housekeeping protocols. -Participate in team meetings and collaborate with coworkers to meetproduction deadlines. - Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in laminate fabrication or asimilar woodworking/millwork role (Required). - Proficiency in readingand interpreting technical drawings and shop plans. - Familiarity withshop tools and power equipment used in fabrication. - Strong attentionto detail and quality. - Ability to work independently or as part of ateam in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to learn and adapt tochanging processes and products. Physical Requirements - Ability tostand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending,lifting, and carrying. - Regular lifting of 30 lbs; occasional liftingup to 75 lbs. - Manual dexterity and comfort using hand tools andmachinery. - Tolerance for noise and dust in the shop environment. - Useof Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves,and hearing protection is required.
