The idealcandidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and airconditioning systems. This role requires mechanical knowledge and thecapability to work independently ensuring optimal performance of HVACsystems for our customers.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1\. Participate in all phases of installation, including readingblueprints, planning, layout, and ensuring compliance with all buildingcodes and safety standards.2\. Comfortable with a wide range of HVAC equipment, such as furnaces,air handlers, condensers, heat pumps (air source and ground source).3\. Maintain accurate records, including job completion documentationand parts used.4\. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues to ensure systemperformance.5\. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure understanding andsatisfaction with installation work.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to performeach essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below arerepresentative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals withdisabilities to perform essential functions.1\. Minimum of 2 years of proficient HVAC installation experience, EPACertification preferred.2\. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb and build asnecessary for installations.3\. Ability to read schematics and blueprints to understand complex HVACsystems.4\. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.5\. Ability to work independently while maintaining high-qualitystandards in service delivery.6\. Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and procedures.7\. Sheet metal fabrication experience with an understanding of how tobalance air flow requirements while maintaining aesthetically pleasingworkmanship.\Physical Requirements:1\. Ability to lift heavy (50+lbs) equipment and tools as necessary.2\.
