General Laborer/Painter

Engage in day-to-day operations, which will most often include sanding, power washing, scraping, wire brushing, painting, staining, and operating equipment such as ladders, sprayers, and boom lifts.- Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely, while consistently striving for high performance and quality.- Follow the direction of the Foreman.- Accept training and feedback, applying the knowledge gained to your daily responsibilities. Training is typically provided one-on-one by the Foreman.- After attempting to resolve issues independently, promptly bring any questions or concerns to the Job Foreman for guidance.
