CNC Swiss Lathe Machinist/Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to operate and set up Swiss Lathe machines. This role requires effective communication with planners and leadership, as well as the ability to interpret blueprints and adhere to quality standards such as ISO9001/AS9100. The successful candidate will perform duties including operating and setting up CNC Swiss Lathes, ensuring setups are robust for safety and quality, and conducting inspections to verify product accuracy and integrity. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, etc.) + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings + Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges + Make offset adjustments and minor edits to programs as needed + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience operating CNC Swiss lathes + Proficiency with G-code and blueprint reading + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Ability to use precision measuring tools **Why Work Here?** + Competitive hourly pay based on experience + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match + Paid time off and holidays + Opportunities for advancement and training **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $68640.00/yr.
