Estimator / Sales Representative Pay: From $24.00/hr (Depending on Experience) Hours: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Colorado Springs, CO Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an Estimator / Sales Representative for a locally owned construction manufacturing company in Colorado Springs. This is a full-time opportunity with growth potential for a mechanically inclined, solution-driven professional. What We're Looking For: Strong mechanical aptitude and construction knowledge Ability to read architectural and structural drawings (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD) Skilled in material take-offs and bid preparation Clear communicator with excellent customer service and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Independent worker who can manage multiple priorities Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or glazing systems a plus, but not required What You'll Be Doing: Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for construction-related products Communicate with contractors, architects, and internal teams to clarify project scope Assist with scheduling, pricing updates, and order tracking Support customers onsite and by phone; occasional site visits may be required Contribute to project coordination, drafting, and client relationship management as needed Why This Role Stands Out: This is a hands-on, multifaceted position offering variety in your day-to-day responsibilities.
