Employment Type: Full-time Hybrid Schedule: 3 days In-office / 2 Remote Salary: $150,00-$183,000 Level: Senior General Responsibilities As a competent registered professional engineer, the candidateperforms work involving the application of all conventional aspectsof HVAC, medical gas, plumbing design engineering, and supervisionof multi-discipline teams of engineers and designers. The candidateis responsible for administering all phases of projects fromproposal development through construction completion. The candidateis primarily responsible for budgeting, scheduling, planning,design, and specification writing on a given project, with theauthority to direct, control, and monitor all activities onmultiple projects simultaneously. Position Requirements -Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering -Professional Engineer License -Experience and knowledge of the HCAI codes and standards, FGIGuidelines, and NFPA-99 -Comfortable and willing to present complex engineering concepts toclients, industry partners, and other staff Working Knowledge -10+ years of experience as a mechanical design engineer workingwith a consulting engineer or firm designing mechanical systems forfacilities/buildings -Strong Mechanical/HVAC design capability in healthcare, federal,higher education, aviation, or waterfront-related projects -Ability to communicate effectively with people through oralpresentations and written communications -Ability to work well under pressure, juggle, and prioritizemultiple projects -Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, creative,self-motivated, and enthusiastic -Strong interpersonal skills and experience in maintaining strongclient relationships are required -Computer literacy, including all core applications and the abilityto quickly learn as needed -Experienced at using a computer, preferably knowledgeable with MSWord, MS Excel, and -MS Outlook #LI-Hybrid #LI-CC1 What sets P2S apart?
