Manage overall general construction budgets and safetyprograms while training personnel. Comprehend all design documents andreview shop drawings. Assist project team with material procurementprocess and incorporate into master schedule. Establish and monitor QCprogram. Value-engineer throughout projects. Make sound choices and seekcreative solutions to problems using all available resources.Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.Travel for projects as needed. Job Requirements: To be successful inthis role, you must have at least 10+ years of experience in missioncritical construction Post high school education or equivalent in theconstruction field Possess a valid driver\'s license, and must passpre-employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random testing. Youwill really stand out if you have: Experience leading and supervising aproject team. Strong working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and currentbuilding codes. Previous experience creating and managing a MS Projectschedule, and familiarity with the construction market. Self-motivationand can supervise and work well with others while fostering a positiveand inclusive work space.
