Seeking painter / Mud man for small job. Also, a quality Tile Man (Edgewater) compensation: Per job or by the hour Hi.. 1). Need a quality painter & "mud man" to finish off a small kitchen walls which I had to redo after a plumbing leak. No cabinets are in the way but we need need to move some open shelving units to access all areas to be painted. I already have the primer as well as the finish coat on site. Performing a good job will reward other work as I proceed to have the house renovated room by room. 2). Seeking a quality tile man for tub shower area. Also the bathroom floor. The concrete floor will need leveler as there is a hump around the toilet. Must be close by to Edgewater/New Syrmna Beach. Only seeking one person, not a crew. I want to form a future step-by-step relationship with someone I can rely on who does great work. Preferably a non smoker or drinker.
