You will perform a variety of tasks to support the production of top-quality, customized products. These duties require strong attention to detail to properly prepare equipment for the next stage in a high-quality manufacturing process.
Job Title: MIG Welder
Location: Manchester, IA
Pay Range:
MIG Welder
1st Shift $23
2nd Shift per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00
3rd Shift $23 per hour with a shift premium $2.00 - $4.00

What will you be doing?
Use templates or measurements to position parts and subassemblies
Examine connections for proper fit and assembly
Weld parts using hand-held MIG welding equipment
Remove excess weld, slag, or splatter using hand tools or grinders
Operate overhead cranes to move parts
Conduct quality checks with detailed inspection of finished products
What's needed?
1+ years of MIG welding experience
Proven ability to weld using a hand-held MIG welder
Ability to read blueprints and specifications, and follow procedures
Attention to detail and basic understanding of shop math
High school diploma or GED
18 years or older
Availability to work overtime, including Saturdays
Strong attendance record, commitment to company values, and a career-oriented mindset
