Cable Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Cabling Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience installing structured cabling systems and be comfortable working in dynamic environments that may require travel and flexible hours. Key Responsibilities: Install and test category cabling systems (Cat5e, Cat6, etc.) Install and test fiber optic and coaxial cabling networks Install pathways and runways for low voltage systems Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, project managers, and field technicians Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with construction methods and tools, especially structural and electrical standards in commercial settings Experience with DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) installation is a plus Knowledge of access control and security systems is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills BICSI certification is a plus Additional Skills & Attributes: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Self-motivated and proactive
