Job Details Type: Contract through April 2026 Pay Information: $25 - $27/hour (W2) Location: Portland, MA (Onsite) Role Overview As a meticulous and collaborative professional, you will support US Customer Education by managing contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. You will ensure all documentation complies with Abbott Office of Ethics and Compliance policies. Reporting to a Medical Director, you will work closely with Key Opinion Leaders, Health Care Professionals, and the procurement team to manage contracts, travel plans, and related documentation efficiently. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional approvals and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with corporate policies. Day in the Life Manage contracts for KOLs and HCPs, ensuring compliance. Process purchase orders and invoices for timely approval. Coordinate cross-functional approvals for contracts. Maintain accurate records of contracts and documentation. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth contract execution. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2-3 years in contract management, preferably in medical settings. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects. Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
