Role: Project Manager Location: Columbus, OH Renewyx is working with a well-established solar energy firm that specializes in the design, development, and delivery of commercial and industrial PV systems across the Midwest. Known for their engineering-driven approach and commitment to long-term performance, they partner with a wide range of clients to bring complex solar projects from concept to commissioning. With a growing portfolio and a pipeline of active builds, they're expanding their project management capacity to support continued execution excellence. They're seeking an experienced project manager to serve as the owner's representative on a high-visibility commercial solar installation in Columbus, OH. This is a 12-month contract role (up to 40 hours/week) where you'll be responsible for overseeing third-party EPCs, ensuring milestone tracking, cost control, and schedule adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates will bring at least 3 years of solar project experience and a total of 5+ years in construction, with a proven ability to manage external vendors, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and drive results in the field. This is a unique opportunity to lead a project from the front lines while representing a reputable solar firm with a strong project backlog and growing national presence.
