Role Responsibilities Spearhead the expansion of the Birmingham office, developing new clients relationships, strengthening client connections and establishing a strong local presence. Execute high-quality quantity surveying services across diverse projects, ensuring excellence from inception to completion. Contract Administration & Employer's Agent duties. Cross-Team Collaboration - Work in close coordination with both Birmingham and London teams to maintain streamlined service delivery and mutual success. Person Specification MRICS qualified with a proven background in a consultancy environment, delivering in a variety of sectors.
