The Maintenance Supervisor's primary responsibility is to work with the Property Manager to ensure and coordinate the safety, maintenance, and equipment needs of the property, along with overall requirements of the community. HVAC and EPA Certification Experience with Yardi Experience in estimating maintenance and repair timelines and costs associated with projects The ability to set goals and create a plan to accomplish them The ability to understand and work within a budget Knowledge of property management at the leasing and administrative levels. Intermediate computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite. Proven time management skills in meeting deadlines and achieving goals The ability to create a team-centered environment and lead that team effectively The ability to take direction from leadership and follow through on the directive Pool certification preferred
