Multifamily Construction Superintendent - San Antonio, TX $70,000 - $100,000 DOE General Contractor | Full-Time | Ground-Up Projects We're working with a reputable GC in San Antonio that's looking to add an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to their team. If you're hands-on, schedule-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this could be a great long-term fit. What You'll Be Doing: Oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are hit Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant job site Conduct site meetings, maintain logs/photos, and manage inspections Collaborate closely with Project Managers, trades, and ownership groups What They're Looking For: 3-7 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction Strong understanding of ground-up scheduling, safety, and quality standards Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) Local to San Antonio or open to relocation Perks: Competitive salary ($70K-$100K based on experience) Strong project pipeline with a respected builder Growth opportunities and stable leadership
