Project Architect/Manager in Memphis,TN,US

Our Clint is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all designs meet client specifications, building codes, and industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural design principles, project management skills, and proficiency in various design software. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project. Develop detailed architectural plans and designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Oversee interior design elements to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of spaces. Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders to communicate project updates. Skills Proficiency in Revit is required.. Strong knowledge of construction management principles. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of interior design concepts and practices. Ability to build effective relationships with clients, contractors, and team members. Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
