Assistant Project Manager - Real Estate Developer (Revit required)

Your new company This firm has been in business for 60 years and is modernizing the way they do things. Focused on affordable housing renovation & new construction in the NY-area, this firm has a large backlog of work for years to come. With a solid platform and lots of capital to back things up, this company is streamlining their construction business. Whereas, previously, they had a mixture of GC and CM jobs, moving forward, CM is the way. Right now, they are looking for a junior person who is an expert in Revit. You will work closely with the design and construction teams to help with various projects, both upcoming and ongoing. Your new role This role is for someone who has a passion for design & construction, is interested in moving over to the developer side of things, and is looking to utilize their Revit experience to do so! The role would be dynamic depending on the current project and current stage in development. The special part about this company is the exposure to the financial side of things. This role is for those of you who want to know more about the real estate process, not just getting something built and moving on. What you'll need to succeed Revit experience required (will be main requirement at the beginning. Great way to get into the development world!) Experience in NYC construction is preferred. Residential design or construction is preferred but not required. Affordable housing experience is even more preferred!
