Location: Milan, OH Shift: Afternoon shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) Starting Pay: $24.22/hr., with potential earnings up to $28.36/hr. through our Pay for Skills Program. Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred. Skills: Ability to use various tools safely Ability to read and understand work instructions Basic math skills Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office). Ability to communicate effectively with team members and the leadership team Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
