The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience or relevant trade school training in residential and light commercial HVAC service . As a mid-level technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have current EPA certification , a valid driver's license , and strong diagnostic and communication skills.
