What Youll Actually Do:
Frame it, hang it, tile it, trim it and sometimes demo it (on purpose).
Fix whats broken and make it better than before.
Residential & commercial insurance restoration yes, heroic work.
Keep it clean, keep it pro, and dont ghost the client after installing baseboards.
What You Need:
Real carpentry skills IKEA assembly doesnt count.
Your own truck and tools that dont cry when used.
Drivers license + clean record (the parole officer thing? Yeah no).
GED or high school diploma we like sharp minds and sharp cuts.
The strength to lift 50 lbs and the brains to know where to put it.
Safe work habits (we love our team in one piece).
You Should Be:
Self-motivated No babysitting here.
Communicative Just talk like a human.
Professional Pants up, shirt on, duct tape-free truck preferred.
