Part Time Site Foreman Residential Construction (English/Spanish)

Location: Washington, D.C. / Maryland / Northern Virginia (DMV Area)
Employment Type: Part time 10 to 15 hours per week, 23 times a week, 23 hours per visit around the DMV area.
Pay Range: $20$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are a growing residential construction company focused on high-quality home additions, full remodels, and custom new builds throughout the DMV area. Were looking for a reliable, experienced Site Foreman who is fluent in both English and Spanish to lead job site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure smooth daily workflow and communication on site.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities on residential job sites
Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and schedules
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and project managers
Preparing a daily project report
Jump in to perform hands-on tasks or punch list work when needed

Requirements:
Knowledge of framing, drywall, carpentry, finishes, MEP coordination
Must be bilingual fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Strong problem-solving skills
